This document describes all the conditions applicable to using the gaya9 platform. Please read carefully before opening an account.
Introduction and Applicability
Introduction and Consent
Welcome to gaya9. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of any services, features, and content on the gaya9 platform ("Platform"). When you register an account on gaya9, or use any part of the Platform, you are considered to be in full agreement with these Terms.

Account Registration and Management

To open an account on gaya9, the following conditions must be met:

- You must be able to provide a valid and active mobile number and email address.
- Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You may open an account in your own name and for yourself only — operating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
- You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
Account Security and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Your login credentials must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the gaya9 support team immediately at [email protected].
Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters. It is recommended that you change your password regularly. gaya9 will never ask you for your password.
Account Verification
gaya9 may request documents for identity verification at any time. This may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until the verification process is complete.
Providing false information will result in immediate suspension or termination of the account, and any pending balance may be forfeited.
Financial Transaction Terms
Deposits
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on gaya9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each payment method).
- Deposits may only be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited and such deposits may be cancelled.
- Providing the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory.
Withdrawals
The following conditions apply to withdrawing your winnings:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
- gaya9 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in the event of any unusual activity.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
Welcome Bonus
gaya9 offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
- Example 1: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus — your total balance will be ৳2,000.
- Example 2: If you deposit ৳22,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — your total balance will be ৳32,000.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers required before withdrawal.
General Bonus Rules
The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions:
- Each bonus offer has specific wagering requirements; if these are not met, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
- In the event of abuse of bonus benefits or fraudulent activity, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- gaya9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonuses are for personal use only — they are non-transferable.
VIP Program
The gaya9 VIP program has five levels. Regular weekly cashback benefits are provided at each level:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Progression through VIP levels is determined based on your activity and participation. Cashback amounts and terms are subject to change.
Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Conduct and Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on gaya9:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering with false, incomplete, or another person's identity.
- Abusing the bonus system or taking advantage in a fraudulent manner.
- Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Playing in collusion with other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Attempting to interfere with or damage gaya9's systems or software.
- Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
In the event of any of the above violations, gaya9 may cancel the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice.
